GoodReturnz explains money to Indian readers who want the arithmetic shown rather than hidden. We cover stocks, mutual funds, insurance, term insurance and personal finance — and we build the calculators that let you check any claim we make against your own numbers.
What we are trying to do
Most financial content in India is either a sales pitch with a byline or a wall of jargon. We aim for a third thing: explanations that a first-time investor can follow, with the formula on the page and a calculator beside it. If we say a step-up SIP adds 40% to a corpus, the step-up SIP calculator is one click away so you can test it.
How we work
Every article names its author. Numbers are sourced to SEBI, RBI, AMFI, IRDAI, the Income Tax Department, fund factsheets or annual reports, and rates that change — small savings rates, tax slabs, charge structures — carry the period they apply to. When something changes, we update the article rather than publishing a near-duplicate.
What we do not do
We do not give investment advice, recommend specific securities, or run a tip service. We are not a SEBI-registered investment adviser and nothing here is a recommendation to buy or sell anything.
How we make money
Display advertising, and paid guest placements which are labelled as sponsored. Advertisers and contributors have no say over editorial coverage, and no article is written or altered in exchange for advertising.
